  • Volunteers are required to work two 8-hour shifts (16 hours total) in order to complete their work requirements.
  • Each volunteer must sign up with their own email address. Volunteers are not permitted to share email addresses when registering and must provide their valid email address in order to receive scheduling information and all CCMF communications.

  • Approved volunteers are given a 3-day volunteer wristband. This is a non-transferrable wristband.

Festival Volunteer Shifts

There are two shifts per day for nearly all volunteer positions and scheduling may vary based on the position.

Shifts scheduling will be available to volunteers in the order in which deposits are received; so be sure to register & pay early in order to get first dibs on your desired shifts!

How To Apply:

  1. Read all the information, terms & conditions, and requirements provided on how to be a CCMF volunteer.
  2. Complete the CCMF volunteer application and pay your deposit in full by June 1, 2017. Volunteer application can be found at the bottom of this page.
    • All volunteers must pay a $15 nonrefundable application processing fee and a $50 ticket deposit prior to being accepted as a volunteer. All volunteers who show up for their scheduled shifts, complete the requirements and follow all outlined rules will be fully refunded for their $50 deposit within 30 days of the festival ending.
    • Be sure to provide a valid email address and do not share email addresses with other volunteers. This is how you will be contacted between now and the festival.
  3. Once your completed application has been reviewed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to sign up for your two 8-hour shifts (EMAIL #1). Read and follow the instructions carefully in order to ensure you successfully select and secure your shifts.
    • You must be available to work the shifts you sign up for.
    • You will receive a confirmation email with your shift information after you select your shifts (EMAIL #2). Volunteers are responsible for signing up and showing up for all shifts that they sign up for, so be sure to remember what you commit to!
  4. If you do not receive both of the confirmation emails and/or have any issues, contact us at volunteers@ccmf.com.
  5. All volunteers are required to check-in before each shift at the CCMF Employee Check-In tent, which can be accessed off 9th Avenue directly to the left of the main festival entrance.
    • When you arrive for your first shift, you will be given your volunteer t-shirt and a volunteer wristband, which will provide you with General Admission to the 3-day fest.  Volunteer wristbands are non-transferrable.
  6. Show up on time, work hard, and enjoy the festival! Make sure you check in and out for each shift!  Remember, all CCMF volunteers are expected to dress appropriately, wearing their CCMF t-shirt and closed-toe shoes, and to take off their volunteer t-shirt when not working.
  7. If for any reason you need to cancel your application, you must do so in writing by May 15, 2017 via email to volunteers@ccmf.com. Due to the overwhelming number of applications we receive, any cancellation requests received after May 15, 2017 will forfeit the deposit.  All refunds will be processed within 30 days of the festival ending, including cancellation refunds.  Keep in mind, the $15 application processing fee is non-refundable.
