If you purchased your tickets through the Official CCMF Ticketing Site (Etix) or the Official Ticket Exchange (powered by Lyte):

All tickets purchased through the Official CCMF Ticket Platforms (Etix and Lyte) before May 1, 2024, will be shipped directly to you. If you purchased after the shipping cutoff date, you must pick up your wristbands at will call.

If you purchased your tickets through any other means or platforms:

You must have the original Etix order number to pick up your wristbands. CCMF and Etix can not authenticate or verify tickets purchased through any third-party ticketing platforms (StubHub, VividSeats, SeatGeek, Ticketmaster, etc.) or marketplaces (Facebook, Craigslist, etc.).
