Kevin MaC is a country music songwriter, artist, and entrepreneur, born and raised in the beautiful state of Virginia.
K MaC jump-started his music career in 2014 performing on the same bill in Virginia Beach with legendary natives such as R&B artists Teddy Riley, Timbaland and Missy Elliot. Making a name for himself performing country music in from of thousands of hip-hop & R&B lovers, which only helped him hone his skills and ability to win over a crowd. A publishing deal soon moved him to Nashville TN, where Kevin was immediately accepted by, and continues to write with, many of Nashville’s best songwriters, including Ronnie Bowman, Dan Tyminski and James Otto. He recently had an anthemic song of his cut by South Carolina natives Darius Rucker and Edwin McCain.
Kevin is an in-demand performer who has toured and shared the stage with a variety of artists, including Kenny Chesney, REO Speedwagon, and others.
Kevin’s recent song, “Granny Drinks Whiskey” , inspired he and some friends to start a whiskey company. Elsie Marshall “Shotgun Granny” Whiskey, was launched in Nashville in 2024. It is named after his grandma Elsie who taught him, and his brother, how to shoot 12 gauge shotguns when they were 7 & 9 years old. Elsie Marshall is a high profile 100 proof bourbon that is one of the top emerging brands in Tennessee.
Kevin recently caught the eye of country star Eric Church’s team. He was given a regular slot to perform and to build a bi-weekly songwriters round at Eric Church’s new venue, Chief’s On Broadway in Nashville. Kevin performs and host his hit songwriters rounds called “Pick Pick Pass” in Eric’s Neon Steeple.
The ever-evolving MaC is the co-founder of Tik Pik (“the pick that sticks” as seen on Shark Tank). With close to a million dollars in sales in less than a year, TikPiks are now sold at all Guitar Centers and is now working with the legendary Fender guitars.
Kevin recently appeared again on Shark Tank, this time performing a song he cowrote with Mark Cuban, now Kevin’s new single “1 Girl 1 Night 1 Bar”.
