All tickets are non-refundable. CCMF and Etix are not permitting ticket transfers or resales at this time. If you choose to give your tickets to someone else, you are responsible for giving the wristband(s) to the new recipient. We cannot make name or shipping changes to your order. Wristbands will start shipping May 2024. CCMF and Etix cannot authenticate or verify tickets purchased through any third party ticketing platform (StubHub, VividSeats, SeatGeek, Ticketmaster, etc.).
