Do you offer refunds or rollovers?

All tickets are non-refundable. CCMF and Etix are not permitting ticket transfers or resales at this time. If you choose to give your tickets to someone else, you are responsible for giving the wristband(s) to the new recipient. We cannot make name or shipping changes to your order. Wristbands will be shipped in May of 2024.

CCMF and Etix can not authenticate or verify tickets purchased through any third party ticketing platform (StubHub, VividSeats, SeatGeek, Ticketmaster, etc.).
