Hailing from Waxhaw, NC. Darren Deese is Modern Country Singer with the heart and soul of Classic Country Music.

Growing up singing in Church choirs for his grandmother and strongly influenced by her love of Country Music. His Grandmother introduced him to Hank Williams Sr and his mother introduced him to Glen Campbell and Randy Travis.

Growing up in Union County, NC, he would see signs saying that Marshville, NC, also in Union County, was the Home of Randy Travis. As a teenager, Kenny Chesney, Blake Shelton, Garth Brooks, and George Strait were his biggest influences in country music. Kenny and Garth are his biggest influences for becoming the Artist that he is today.

Darren and his band perform all over the Southeast and spends half of his time in Nashville, TN playing and writing songs. He has written with Country Music artists like Jason Michael Carroll, and has written with hit songwriters in Nashville. For the 4 years, he has performed for Randy Travis at his annual festival.

Darren and his band have opened for National Acts like Colt Ford, Tracy Lawrence, Darryl Worley, Bucky Covington, Joe Nichols, Ashley Cooke, Nate Smith, Florida Georgia Line, Gary Allan, Josh Turner and many more.

Darren will be releasing his first EP this year two weeks before CCMF which can be described as Traditional Country with a splash of Soul! Be on the lookout for his debut EP Mid May 2026.
