Dawson Wright is a rising country-rock singer-songwriter from Raleigh, North Carolina, blending raw country storytelling with the high-energy edge of rock & roll. While completing his Doctorate of Occupational Therapy at Wingate University just outside Charlotte, Dawson began performing live across the Carolinas, quickly building a loyal fanbase with his authentic sound and electric stage presence. Since graduating and returning to the Raleigh area, he has assembled a full backing band and released 8 original songs, helping fuel his rapid rise throughout the Southeast and beyond.
In just three years, Dawson Wright and his band have played more than 350 shows across the East Coast, from Florida to New York, selling out venues and setting attendance records along the way. Notable performances include the Key West Theatre, Turning Stone Casino & Resort, Dirty Boots Augusta, The Rose Honky Tonk, Dirty Dan’s, Feast Festival, Brewgaloo Beer Festival, Rum Fest Key West, and more.
Drawing inspiration from artists like HARDY, Riley Green, Morgan Wallen, as well as fellow North Carolina natives Luke Combs and Eric Church, Dawson delivers a high-octane live show packed with energy, authenticity, and crowd interaction from start to finish.
