Few Miles South is a country ’n bluegrass tinged duo, created by south GA guitar picker, multi instrumentalist and Grammy nominated producer/engineer, Blake English, and Los Angeles raised loudmouth, classically trained singer and yoga teacher, Tori Lund. Tori’s ethereal vocals are the yin to Blake’s chicken pickin’ yang. The twosome, dubbed “the country pretenders” (WSM Grand Ol Opry),strive to make music and share love without killing each other. FMS has been featured on PBS, CBS, Fox Sports, Ditty TV, they’ve opened for acts like Shenandoah, Reckless Kelly, Junior Brown, Daniel Donato, Eddie 9V,and The Castellows, played festivals like WE Fest, Stagecoach and GA Country Music Fest, and they’ve collaborated with Grammy winning bluegrass fiddler Michael Clevelandon 4 studio releases.
