If your wristband is too tight and you are uncomfortable, you can remove it and bring the wristband to Will Call to purchase a replacement, subject to verification. To obtain your replacement, please bring: – The removed/cut wristband. – A photo ID that matches the name on the Etix order.
Please note: Wristbands must be in your possession to be replaced. Lost wristbands cannot be replaced.
