PLEASE NOTE: To pick up your wristband at Will Call, please bring a valid photo ID that matches the name on the Etix order, along with your Etix order number or confirmation email. If you aren’t the original purchaser, you’ll just need a copy (or a clear photo on your phone) of their photo ID and the Etix confirmation number to receive your wristbands. If you purchased through a third-party site (Ticketmaster, Vividseats, etc.), we encourage you to contact their support team directly. They will be the best resource to help you obtain the necessary order details and coordinate with the original purchaser to receive your physical wristbands.
