All tickets will be delivered in the form of a wristband – the wristband is your ticket. Wristbands are non-transferable once applied and will be voided if tampered with, broken, or lost. Wristbands will begin shipping in waves via USPS approximately 3-4 weeks before the event to your provided shipping address. Continental US only. Canada/International shipping is not available. All international orders will be placed at Will Call/Box Office. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has shipped! Orders unable to be delivered under any circumstances (lost/stolen/errors/forgot/dog scared the postman away/returned to sender/deemed “undeliverable” by USPS) must be picked up at Will Call.
A valid ID that matches the name used to purchase the ticket must be presented to pick up your wristbands. If you are not the original purchaser, you must provide a copy of the original purchaser’s ID, Etix order confirmation for wristband pickup. No exceptions.

Carolina Country Music Fest® has a clear bag policy to provide everyone with a safer festival experience, as well as to decrease the time it takes to get into the show. Please take note of the following before making your way to the festival.
All bags will be searched before entry. Necessary diaper bags and medical bags are permitted and subject to inspection before entry. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: coolers, briefcases, non-clear backpacks, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, computer bags, camera bags, or any non-clear bag larger than the permissible size (4.5” x 6.5”). *SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
Clear CCMF bags are available for purchase in the Box Office, while supplies last.
CCMF welcomes attendees of all ages. Children 10 and under are admitted free when accompanied by a parent or guardian with a wristband. Children 11 and older must have a wristband to enter the fest site. Please note that all minors must be accompanied by an adult with a wristband.
You must be 21 to drink and you must possess a valid ID to purchase alcohol. CCMF is a zero tolerance event. All local and State laws will be strictly enforced. There will be no tolerance for illegal activities.
When you enter the Carolina Country Music Fest (CCMF) event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by CCMF and its affiliates / representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar CCMF events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of CCMF. You release CCMF, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment of royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by CCMF or the person or entity designated to do so by CCMF. When you enter CCMF, you have consented, waiver of liability.
