PLEASE NOTE: In order to exchange your ticket for a wristband, you will need to provide a valid ID that matches the name on the Etix order and the Etix confirmation email or Etix order number. If you are not the original purchaser, you must provide a copy of the original purchaser’s ID and Etix order confirmation for wristband pickup. No exceptions.
