Due to the overwhelming amount of scamming with fake emails and fake transfer forms being created this year, we have a new way to transfer your CCMF 2023 tickets! All ticket transfers must now be verified through Etix and can only be transferred from the original purchaser.
If you receive any ticket transfer verification forms or emails after today, May 2nd, 2023 it is a SCAM!
To transfer your ticket you must:
1) Call the Etix Call Center at 1-800-514-3849
2) Provide the email address on the order and the last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase the order.
3) Provide the new purchaser’s full name, mailing address and email address.
RECOMMENDATION: If you already bought a ticket through a ticket transfer form OR purchased from a third party, PLEASE contact Etix to verify that it is a valid order through the Call Center at 1-800-514-3849.
You MUST have the Etix confirmation email and/or Etix order number. CCMF or Etix cannot verify tickets purchased through any third party (StubHub, VividSeats, SeatGeek, Ticketmaster etc.) without an Etix confirmation email and/or Etix order number. If you purchased through a third party, please make sure you have this information before contacting CCMF or Etix or before coming to the festival or Will Call.
