Wristbands are Shipping – READ ALL ABOUT IT!

Make sure you get your bands activated, or you’re going to walk up to those golden gates and not be able to get in. It doesn’t take but a sec so when you get your wristbands in the mail, just follow those easy instructions to activate your bands and you’re good to walk your fine tails right in gates. Register your wristbands now!

Now, all the wristbands aren’t shipping all at once. We start with the addresses that are the farthest away. It takes a little longer for our friends in Hawaii to get our package, so we are getting those out first. But not to worry, they are going out as fast as possible – you’re going to get an email confirmation as soon as your wristbands hit the mail and you can track that beautiful arm candy all the way to your door! Your estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 days from the time you receive your email tracking link; however, it may take longer depending on your location.

Do I have to sign for my package?
Nope!

Can I still change my shipping address?
Unfortunately, once packages have shipped, there’s no way to update your shipping address. If you know you won’t be able to receive the package at the address in your Etix account, please email info@ccmf.com to let us know. You will be able to pick up replacement wristband(s) at Ground Zero, our on site Will Call. Ground Zero will open the week of the festival starting Tuesday, June 2nd through Sunday, June 7th and is located at 812 N Ocean Blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. Replacement fees may apply. Please note that all shipping fees are nonrefundable.

I’ve tracked my package and I’m concerned it won’t be delivered. What should I do?
If you’re concerned about the delivery of your wristband(s), please contact the courier by clicking the tracking link in your email for more details and to discuss delivery options. If your package is marked as “delivered” but you never received it, please email us at info@ccmf.com if you still have not received your wristband(s) at least 7 days prior to the festival. We will deactivate the lost wristband(s). Please note that any reported wristbands will be deactivated immediately and cannot be re-activated. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

You will be able to pick up replacement wristband(s) at Ground Zero, our on site Will Call. Ground Zero will open the week of the festival starting Tuesday, June 2nd through Sunday, June 7th and is located at 812 N Ocean Blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. You will need the original order confirmation email and a photo ID that matches the name on the tickets for proof of purchase. Replacement fees may apply.

I received my wristbands, but I lost them/put them on too tight and had to remove them/damaged them. How do I get new ones?
PLEASE DO NOT PUT ON YOUR WRISTBAND BEFORE THE EVENT! Once applied, the wristband cannot be removed. If you need a replacement wristband, please visit Ground Zero, our on-site Will Call, before entering the event. Replacement fees may apply.

I think I received the wrong wristbands. What do I do?
If you think you received the wrong wristband(s) , please email us at info@ccmf.com. Make sure you bring the wristband(s) you received in the mail to Ground Zero, our on-site Will Call, in order to verify this error.

How do I buy a wristband safely?
We recommend you only buy from people you know: friends or family. Wristbands have already begun shipping so you should meet with the buyer in person in a safe place to obtain your wristbands. To complete the transaction, the seller should email info@ccmf.com and CC you (the new owner) to put the Etix order in your name. CCMF is not liable for any fraudulent transactions or third party transactions. Once you obtain your wristbands, register them right away.

How Should I Buy and Sell Safely?
Now that wristbands have been shipped out to their current owners, we recommend using a safe and secure third party site. For example, StubHub states it will protect the buyer and seller in case of fraud.

How do I transfer my wristbands to a friend or new owner?
Wristbands have begun shipping so it is your responsibility to get the wristbands to the new owner. To complete the sell or gift to a new owner, email info@ccmf.com and CC the new owner confirming the new ownership of the Etix order. CCMF is not liable for any fraudulent transactions or third party transactions.
