Copyright Liability: Sponsor / Partner / Vendor represents and warrants that all copyrighted or trademarked material to be displayed or performed at the Festival by Sponsor / Partner / Vendor has been duly licensed or authorized by the copyright or trademark owner(s) or authorized representative(s) of the owner(s), that all applicable royalties have been or will be paid, and that it shall indemnify and hold the Festival harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or resulting from the display or performance of such copyrighted or trademarked material.  Sponsor / Partner / Vendor shall supply, within 10 days of Festival written request, sufficient written documentation to evidence Sponsor / Partner / Vendor license or right to display or perform copyrighted or trademarked material.

This page is found within the Eat, Drink, & Play section of the CCMF app.

  • Brief description of your activation to let festival attendees know what they can receive/find/do at your activation
  • Video showcasing activation (WEB ONLY)
    • Must be hosted off-site and able to be embedded onto our site (YouTube, Vimeo, Self-Hosted VOD, etc.)

App Banner Ad Requirements

  • Ads must be submitted as a 3840 x 1646 px 72dpi RGB image file.
    • Accepted File Formats: .jpg, .jpeg, or .png
    • Files cannot contain transparency.
  • Ads can optionally contain a link to a desired website. If not URL is given, your ad will not be clickable.

Push Notification Requirements

  • 140 characters (including spaces) or less for messages
  • Must include the date and time for the notification to go out in the request. If a time frame (instead of a specific time) is requested, we will include the notification where it fits best.

Geo-fence Notification Requirements

  • Separate notifications can be set for each day of the event, allowing your geo-fenced area to trigger a unique message each day.
  • Each notification includes a short message (similar to push notifications) and a optional long message
  • Short messages are limited to 140 characters (including spaces) and can consist of simple text only (no formatting or emoji characters).
  • Long messages have no character limits and can contain images, links, basic formatted text (bold/italicized), and images. Images can be as tall as needed, but must be 350px wide.
    • File Format: 72dpi RGB JPEG (.jpg/.jpeg files)
  • If your targeted location is outside of the festival, you must include the address (or Latitude and Longitude coordinates). A specific radius around the targeted area can be requested, but may be amended if it interferes with another targeted area.
  • On site partners will have their location and radius assigned once the festival layout is finalized.
  • Must include the date and time for the notification to go out in the request. If a time frame (instead of a specific time) is requested, we will include the notification where it fits best.

Social Media Requirements:

Please provide social copy, handle/tag and hashtags if applicable. Request date to post.

Provided social content and visuals must match up with the brand voice and overall brand. Copy over images is discouraged, especially on Instagram feed posts. We are glad to help you with content creation ideas if needed and reserve the right to reject content provided to us.
