TRADE YOUR TIME FOR A CAROLINA COUNTRY MUSIC FEST EXPERIENCE!

Opportunities are open in various areas, including but not limited to:

  • Gate Check-In: Assisting at the entry gates by making sure each attendee entering has a valid wristband that is appropriately tightened and is scanning their wristband upon entry. This shift is outside and requires standing.
  • ID Station: Assisting at the ID Stations by checking for valid 21+ identification and applying wristbands on age-verified festival attendees. Shifts are outside and mostly standing.
  • Staff Check-In: Assisting at Staff Check-In by registering staff and checking them in and out for scheduled shifts. This shift is outside and does have seated opportunities.
  • Will Call: Assisting at Will Call with ticketing and wristband pickup. Basic technology knowledge is required. This shift is inside and not within the festival grounds – you will not be able to hear the music while inside.
  • Customer Service: Assist Customer Service stations at festival gates and throughout the festival grounds by providing FAQs, directions, and lost-and-found, etc., during festival hours. This shift is outside and does have seated opportunities.

In exchange for becoming a CCMF Volunteer, you’ll receive:

  1. General Admission access to all 4 days of CCMF
  2. A volunteer t-shirt
  3. An unforgettable festival experience

Volunteer Requirements:

To join the CCMF crew, all volunteers must meet the following requirements:

  • Age & ID: You must be at least 18 years old by May 31, 2026, and provide a valid photo ID at check-in.
  • The Deposit: A $125 refundable ticket deposit is required via debit or credit card with your application.
  • Shift Commitment: Volunteers must commit to working at least *two 8-hour shifts*. To fulfill your requirement, you must sign in and out at the staff check-in tent for every shift.
  • Application: Each volunteer must use their own email address for the application and festival communication. One email address per volunteer.
  • Punctuality: Please arrive at the staff check-in tent 10–15 minutes early for your scheduled shifts.
  • Refund Policy: Deposits are refunded within 30 days post-festival, provided all work requirements were met, and festival rules were followed. Failure to check in or out for your shifts will result in a forfeited deposit. Volunteers will receive one (1) volunteer t-shirt to wear during their shifts. This shirt cannot be worn when not actively working
  • Uniform & Gear: You’ll receive one volunteer t-shirt to be worn only during your active shifts. For your safety, sturdy, closed-toe shoes are required. Come prepared for the elements with non-aerosol sunscreen or rain gear!
  • Wristbands: Approved volunteers receive a non-transferable 4-day Volunteer wristband (General Admission).
  • Code of Conduct: We’re here to have a great time and keep things professional. Theft, drug or alcohol consumption, or sharing your wristband will result in immediate removal from the fest, forfeiture of your deposit, and potential legal action.
  • Valuables: CCMF is not responsible for lost or stolen items, so please leave your valuables at home.
  • Clear Bag Policy: All volunteers must comply with CCMF’s clear bag policy.

Festival Volunteer Shifts

There are two shifts per day for nearly all volunteer positions and scheduling will vary based on the position.

Shift Scheduling:

  • Access to shift selection is provided in the order in which volunteer applications are received.
  • Those who apply earliest will have the most options to choose from.

How To Apply:

  1. Review and Agree: Read and agree to the terms & conditions and volunteer requirements.
  2. Complete the Application: Submit your application by April 30th, 2026. The application can be found here.
  3. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email after your application and payment have been accepted.

Shift Selection:

  1. Shift selection opens May 14, 2026. Volunteers will receive an email providing access and instructions to select their shifts in the order in which applications were received.
  2. Read and follow the instructions carefully to ensure you successfully select and secure your shifts. Volunteers are responsible for committing to the shifts they sign up for.
  3. A confirmation email will be sent with your selected shifts.
  4. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to volunteers@ccmf.com by May 1st, 2026. Late cancellations forfeit deposits.

Refund Policy:

Refunds, including cancellations, will be processed 30 days post-festival.
