This isn’t likely but it can happen. Like every year, our tickets are on a pricing tier. Once one tier sells out, the system automatically jumps up to the next tier of available tickets. When people add tickets to their carts, it reserves the ticket in that tier and takes those tickets out of the available ticket pool for purchase. However, when the cart is cleared or if they decide not to buy, the tickets at that price point become available again for someone to purchase.

In order to exchange your ticket for a wristband at the will-call box office, you will need a valid ID that matches the name on the order and the Etix order number or confirmation email. If you are not the original purchaser, you must provide a copy or photo of the original purchaser’s ID and order number or order confirmation for wristband pickup. No exceptions.
Wristbands will begin shipping in waves approximately 3-4 weeks before the event. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has shipped!

No. Wristbands are non-transferable and non-exchangeable once applied.
Wristbands MUST be worn securely on the wrist and cannot be slipped on and off. Do NOT remove between days, stretch, or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry.

IMPORTANT: WAIT UNTIL THE DAY OF THE EVENT TO PUT IT ON!
STEP 1: Grab your registered wristband. Place it on your RIGHT wrist. DO NOT tighten yet.
STEP 2: Place only two fingers between the band and your wrist. Ask your event buddy to help you tighten the wristband to a comfortable position.
STEP 3: Your event buddy will grip the tail while holding the plastic body. Slowly pull the cloth through the wristband’s lock to tighten, ensuring that it is securely fastened. It is a one-way locking mechanism.
And that’s it, you are all set! DO NOT cut the tail of the wristband or tamper with it. DO NOT remove it. Keep your wristband on at all times throughout the duration of the event.
Carolina Country Music Fest offers festival goers a number of different options for how they pay for things while they’re at the fest, including your wristbands! Don’t worry about bringing your cash or wallet with you to the festival’s site, your CCMF Band can act as your credit card for the whole event and every purchase will be a quick scan of the wrist. However, vendors will accept cash and credit card if you’d like.
All you need to do is visit our online registration website or install the “CCMF” mobile application to activate your CCMF Band and connect it to your credit card before you arrive onsite. Look for more details 3-4 weeks from the event date.
Once your credit card is connected to your CCMF Band, you can simply scan in with any vendors located throughout the site and your purchase will automatically be charged to your credit card. You can use your wristband to purchase food, drinks and CCMF merchandise.

Carolina Country Music Fest and private security personnel at the entrances reserve the right to make the final determination on allowed and non-allowed items.
Please check with the bars & vendors around the area that you think you lost the item. Please check the closest customer service station and/or Will Call to see if your lost item was turned in (see festival map on the App for customer service station and Will Call locations). Lost items are turned in regularly and so it may be necessary to check back in more than once. All turned in items that are not claimed are taken to Will Call at the end of each night, so please check in at Will Call the following morning.
We’ve worked closely with the city of Myrtle Beach to help ease the traffic flow and make it easier to get picked-up/dropped-off at the festival.

If you purchase before May 1st, you will receive a window cling by mail via USPS. Parking passes purchased after May 1st must be picked up at Will Call before parking in the CCMF Parking Lot.

Parking will be available for volunteers on their scheduled days and will be communicated upon confirmation of your shift selection. Volunteers are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event. You must arrive 30 minutes before your shift, so please check sitemaps and the local area for parking options. Also, Uber will be operating during the festival weekend for your convenience and the shuttle will be operating before and after festival hours for volunteer convenience.

In exchange for becoming a CCMF Volunteer, you will receive a super cool t-shirt, a 4-day Volunteer Wristband (provides General Admission access to the festival), and an unforgettable experience! Volunteers may enjoy the festival at their leisure outside of their assigned work shifts.
Everything’s better with your BFF! Volunteers are able to select their shift preferences in the order in which deposits are received. In order to receive the same (or similar) shift selections as your BFF, we suggest you both pay your deposits on the same day. We cannot guarantee what shift assignments will be available to share with your friends, so sign up early because we want you and your BFF to have fun!
We have PLENTY of shifts available to help you schedule your festival viewing experience accordingly! From pre- and post- festival shifts, which allow you to work your shifts outside the festival hours, to day & night shifts, as long as you sign up early, the possibilities are endless!

These emails will be sent in chronological order based on who completed and submitted BOTH their volunteer application AND deposit. If you filled out the application, paid and filled out all of your documents, we will send you an email as soon as shift selection is available for you.
