Tickets are non-transferable, meaning the name on the order cannot be officially changed in our system. If you choose to give your tickets to someone else, you are responsible for getting the necessary order details and wristband(s) to the new recipient. Please be sure to coordinate this directly with them! Wristbands will begin shipping in May.

Yes, with your CCMF wristband, re-entry is allowed each day. You can come and go as you please throughout the weekend, but you must scan your wristband at the exit gate each time you leave the festival grounds.

Like many major festivals, CCMF uses a tiered pricing system. As one ticket tier sells out, the system automatically moves to the next available tier.
When someone adds tickets to their cart, those tickets are temporarily “held.” If they don’t complete their purchase, those tickets are then released back into the system. This means it’s possible to purchase tickets at a lower price point, even if the general price has already moved to the next tier!

Entry to the McDonald’s Thursday Night Kick-Off Concert is included in all 4-Day GAMSVIP, and Super VIP ticket purchases.

Yes! Myrtle Beach locals can grab discounted General Admission tickets for the Thursday Night Kick-Off Concert closer to the festival. These in-person exclusive tickets will be available through select local partners while supplies last, so sign up for e-news and keep an eye on our social channels for the official drop announcement!

We do not offer single day tickets at this time. Sign up for e-news so you never miss an announcement!

All tickets are non-refundable.

Please note: CCMF and Etix can not authenticate or verify tickets purchased through third-party ticketing platforms (i.e., VividSeats, SeatGeek, Ticketmaster, etc.).

CCMF can only verify tickets purchased through our official ticketing partner, Etix, and we do not have access to orders or information for tickets sold on third-party platforms. If you purchased through a site like Ticketmaster or Vividseats, we encourage you to contact their support team directly. They will be the best resource to help you obtain the necessary order details and coordinate with the original purchaser to receive your physical wristbands. To ensure the best experience, you must register your wristband when you receive it. This identifies you as the authorized user, allowing our team to assist you directly with any on-site needs without the original purchaser being present.

To pick up your wristband at Will Call, please bring a valid photo ID that matches the name on the Etix order, along with your Etix order number or confirmation email. If you aren’t the original purchaser, you’ll just need a copy (or a clear photo on your phone) of their photo ID and the Etix confirmation number to receive your wristbands.

Wristbands will begin shipping in waves approximately 3-4 weeks before the event. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has shipped!

Please email us at info@ccmf.com if you do not receive your wristbands 7 days before the festival. If your wristbands do not arrive by mail as expected, you can pick up replacements at Will Call.

If your wristband is too tight and you are uncomfortable, you can remove it and bring the wristband to Will Call to purchase a replacement, subject to verification. To obtain your replacement, please bring:

  • The removed/cut wristband.
  •  A photo ID that matches the name on the Etix order.

Please note: Wristbands must be in your possession to be replaced. Lost wristbands cannot be replaced.

Wristbands are non-transferable and can not be shared. Once the wristband is secured on your wrist, it is assigned to you and must remain on your wrist for the entire event. Wristbands cannot be shared between attendees at any point during the festival.

Please avoid tampering with your wristband; doing so may affect its ability to scan properly and prevent you from entering the festival.

Volunteer Program

Yes, volunteers will receive a CCMF parking pass. This pass is valid at the official CCMF parking lot for all days the lot is open.

Volunteering at CCMF comes with some great perks! In exchange for your time, you’ll receive an official volunteer t-shirt and a 4-day General Admission volunteer wristband, giving you access to one of country music’s greatest parties.
You’re welcome to enjoy the festival at your leisure whenever you aren’t working your assigned shifts!

Access to shift selection is provided in the order in which volunteer applications are received. Those who apply earliest will have the most options to choose from.

To increase the likelihood of coordinating shifts with a friend, we recommend applying on the same day. While we cannot guarantee that identical shift assignments will remain available for multiple people, applying early offers the best opportunity to select matching schedules.

Because volunteers select their own schedules, you can choose shifts that best fit your festival viewing plans. While there are a limited number of pre-festival shifts available, most shifts take place during the event.

We recommend applying and selecting your shifts as early as possible to secure the times that work best for your schedule.

Yes, there is a designated window for volunteers to cancel their application and receive a refund of their deposit. Specific cutoff dates and additional details regarding the cancellation process can be found on our volunteer information page.

Volunteer shift selection for CCMF 2027 begins the week of May 3rd. As long as you’ve submitted your application, you’re all set—we’ll reach out with an email as soon as your selection window opens. Be sure to keep an eye on your inbox as we get closer to the festival!

Emails are sent in the order that completed applications were received. Please note that an application is only considered complete once both the form and the deposit have been submitted.

CCMF does not use volunteers for bar positions. If you are an experienced service industry professional and want to be part of the CCMF crew, we’d love to hear from you. CLICK HERE to submit your application today!

You’ll have the opportunity to select your own shifts! Positions fill up on a first-come, first-served basis, and selection is opened to volunteers in the order that both the application and deposit are received.

We appreciate the offer, but unfortunately, we can only accept volunteers who can commit to working at least 16 hours (two 8-hour shifts).

To get started, head over to our Become a Volunteer page to review all the details. You’ll need to complete the application and submit your refundable deposit to secure your spot.

If you still have questions after checking out the volunteer info page, feel free to reach out to us at volunteers@ccmf.com.

Specific shifts can not be guaranteed. The best way to get your top picks is to act fast! Shift selection is released on a first-come, first-served basis in the order that both your application and deposit are received.

If you have specific skills that make you a great fit for a certain role, be sure to note those on your application. We appreciate your flexibility and can’t wait to see you helping out at the fest!
